Slow drains in every room of the house?

drains

Okay so my house is 7 years old on a slab with very slow drains.
Sometimes it takes an hour for a drain to finally clear but only takes 10 seconds to fill up when the water turns on. The kitchen sink is probably the only one that drains correctly. Would this most likely be a vent problem or a main problem? Also where the heck are they located? I have a drain auger but can’t locate either the main drain or the vent.

If your house has a crawl space you might be able to see what drains are downstream from each other . ex. If your kitchen sink is the last on the line then your clog is behind (upstream) from that point. The drain pipes should be 2″ – 4″ white or black PVC. Usually the pipe starts small the get progressively bigger. Under the sinks, tub and crawl space there should be clean outs in the PVC pluming, these are screwed in caps that you can unscrew and run your snake down. One vent is above your bathroom on the roof, it is about a 2″ pipe that is open to the air. You can snake this as well, but not being able to see your problem I’d do that last. If the vent dose not all ready have a screen over it put one on it. Figure out what works and what doesn’t and go on logically from there.
